WedSimple is outstanding value for money!

WedSimple is a well-kept secret in the world of wedding planning. Most people who have already discovered its brilliance don't want to tell you about it, in case you employ it to make your own wedding even more amazing than theirs. But being generous by nature, I feel it's only right to spread the word, so that you too can have a truly wonderful wedding day (and a stress-free time leading up to your wedding)!

We signed up for a WedSimple account about 18 months before our wedding. There are two very important components to WedSimple:
(i) the wedding website which showcases your wedding, providing your wedding guests with lots of useful information about the bridal party, the venue, accommodation, transport, wedding photos, etc. and
(ii) the wedding planning tools which you use behind the scenes to draw up your guest list, send engagement and/or wedding announcements as email shots (which are ultra modern but still elegant), organise table arrangements, keep track of wedding gifts, etc.

It's only when you've actually planned a wedding (with close to 200 invitations and 100 guests) that you realise how many things you will need to organise and re-organise as circumstances change. Not having WedSimple would be like not havng a mobile/cell phone. Sure you can manage without it, but it's such a pain, especially when plans change at the last minute.

Our wedding guests were able to log on to our wedding website, let us know whether or not they would be able to attend, enter their full contact details (this was very useful as we had email addresses for 99% of our guests but didn't have an up-to-date postal address for sending wedding thank you cards after the wedding), enter their meal preferences, sign our guest book, etc.

We exported all of the various meal preferences to Perfect Table Planner, and in the space of a couple of hours we had created beautiful table plans and individual placecards (with each person's meal preferences on the back). We bought perforated cards and printed them on our home printer, then tied them with red bows to give a personal touch. Our caterers were thrilled and said that it was the easiest wedding they ever dealt with (despite the fact that each guest was able to mix and match their starters, mains and desserts). The caterers even said that they would be recommending WedSimple to their clients in future as our wedding had gone so smoothly. WedSimple won't be a secret for long!

I should point out that I did take the time to try out a few different wedding websites before realising that WedSimple had by far the best planning tools and was the best value for money. When you're planning your wedding, ignore those people who tell you that the more expensive things are always better (that goes for wedding dress designers too - Mia Solano is another well-kept secret!). Sometimes you can find hidden gems that are better and cheaper than their competitors. I found a lot of them while planning our wedding and I'm proud to say that we stayed on budget and still wowed our guests :)

If I could give WedSimple a 6 star review I would! It's THAT far ahead of its competitors!

In summary, I would recommend WedSimple to a friend.
