Although the website is up and appears to be working, it really does not. We've been customers since our 2008 wedding and have paid to maintain our account and site hosting since then. It has appears that the site has stopped working for us (and based on online reviews, other users) because our personal wedding website is gone, our account login does not properly work, the only way of contacting support (since they do not list any kind of phone number) is email or a contact form through their website, all of which produce no response. We prepaid to get a copy of our website, and that did not happen. At this point, this appears to be nothing more than a scam.
In summary, I would not recommend Wedding Window to a friend.
